Jerry Holloway Holding and Referral, LLC becomes your employing broker. We keep your license in an active status while offering you continuing education options at no additional cost to you… “Free”
NEW Membership Options!!: $75.00 per year for free 6 hour “Live” CE including the required 2 hour legal update or $100.00 per year for free 6 hours worth of “Online” CE including a minimum of the required 2 hour legal update (some restriction apply)
As law dictates, salespeople must have all of their transactions directly supervised by a licensed broker. Therefore, members of Holloway Holding may NOT actively list and/or sell real estate. You may, however, refer buyers and/or listings to an active salesperson or broker for a referral fee to be negotiated between you and that office.
Referral fees are paid to Jerry Holloway Holding and Referral, LLC and are split 60/40 with 60% paid to the member and 40% retained by the holding company
